Keep cruising north is the motto for this leg of the trip and off to Chiang Rai for a little peace and quiet from the chaotic Songkran soaked streets of Chiang Mai…or so we thought! Songkran was in full swing but we still managed to take in the White Temple and indulge in an exotic local snack before heading back south to end our Thai excursion.

wow you two are having a great time. you are NOT going to want to come home! eating the bugs not your typical appetizer but a better way of getting rid of them than RAID! Jarrett remember when you used to collect them, bet you never thought you would pay to eat some. Jackie did you try any of the bugs?
Miss both of you but still excited about your adventure.
ahhhh cannot believe you ate the bugs……so happy to see that you are still exploring and enjoying all that each city has to offer!!
Jarrett you need to gain some weight, you looked like a 12 year old wearing that wifebeater on the scooter
No I didn’t eat any bugs – Jarrett didn’t exactly make it look appetizing haha – the flakes getting stuck did not sound very delicious!
