While we were in Melbourne we visited Monarch Bakery in St. Kilda’s with the most delicious cake…Chocolate Kooglhoupf! The cake is marbled with white cake and fudgey chocolate which is so soft and moist! It is nothing I have ever had before. Monarch Bakery is famous for their Chocolate Kooglhouph as well as many other delicious Eastern European treats they have been making since 1934!
